Local customers are welcome to bring artwork to either of our shops in Bloomingdale or Evanston. A designer will walk you through options and provide a free estimate.

Most custom framing projects are completed within 2–3 weeks. Larger, specialty, or conservation pieces may require additional time depending on materials and scope.

Rush services are available when needed, and we’re happy to work with tighter deadlines whenever possible. We also carry a wide selection of in-stock mouldings and materials to help streamline production.

Because each custom framing project is made to order, custom pieces are not eligible for traditional returns. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love the final result.

If there is a concern with workmanship or materials, please contact us within 30 days of pickup or delivery. We will gladly inspect the piece and make any necessary adjustments.

For ready-made frames or non-custom products, returns are accepted within 30 days in original condition.

If your item was shipped and arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
